I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia, offering online counseling services.

 

With over a decade of experience, I offer therapeutic support to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who face various life challenges. These challenges include marital conflict, divorce, stress, grief and loss, parenting issues, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance abuse. I work with families, children, adolescents, and adults.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and humanistic, viewing my clients as the experts in their own lives, reinforcing the idea that healing is a shared journey. I assist and guide them through self-discovery, interpersonal changes, and healing that occurs not only through the therapeutic process but through the client's own insight and determination. My goal is to help individuals work toward fulfilling their potential, healing, and gaining a new perspective on life.
